PATH runs 7 lines serving 13 stations. Schedules and fares come from the operator's own published data, and every station page lists the destinations you can reach from it without changing train.

How PATH prices a ticket
PATH charges one flat fare for any ride, however far you go and whichever line you take. There is no peak price, no zone and no distance charge, so a one-stop hop from Exchange Place to World Trade Center costs the same as Newark to 33rd Street. That is why the trip pages on this site show one fare for every PATH pair.
You pay at the turnstile with a PATH SmartLink card, a contactless bank card or phone through TAPP, or a pay-per-ride MetroCard. Unlimited-ride MetroCards and OMNY are not accepted on PATH. Reduced fares for seniors are issued on a Senior SmartLink card. Multi-trip bundles bring the per-ride price down for regular riders and are loaded onto the same SmartLink card.
Transfers between PATH lines at Journal Square, Grove Street, Hoboken and Exchange Place are within the paid area, so a journey that needs a change is still one fare. Transfers to the New York City Subway, NJ Transit and Hudson-Bergen Light Rail are separate fares.
