The Northeast Corridor Line runs from New York Penn Station through Secaucus Junction, Newark Penn Station, Newark Airport, Metropark, Metuchen, New Brunswick and Princeton Junction to Trenton, on the tracks NJ Transit shares with Amtrak.
It is NJ Transit's busiest line and the most frequent. Express trains skip the smaller stations at peak, and Newark Penn Station is where PATH and the Raritan Valley Line connect. At Trenton, SEPTA trains continue to Philadelphia; at Princeton Junction the Princeton Shuttle runs to the university town.
